Tyronne works across governance design, risk management, regulatory readiness, financial crime, AML, digital assets, payments, remediation and licensing. The common thread is practical implementation: who owns the decision, what evidence exists, how controls operate and whether the arrangement would make sense under scrutiny.
Working approach
Assignments are approached as operating problems rather than document exercises. That means understanding the business model, regulatory perimeter, people, vendors, systems and incentives before deciding what should change.
Selected project experience
A selection of programmes and mandates that illustrate the kind of work Tyronne has led or supported across the UK, EU and Switzerland.
MetaWealth
Led the Lithuanian VASP programme from regulatory design through implementation, including governance and AML/CFT work. In Luxembourg, supported entity establishment and CSSF registration work around the group’s tokenised real-asset model. Prepared the MiCA/CASP submission package and worked through counsel review for regulatory readiness.
InnoFinCon AG
Led the regulatory programme to move the long-standing asset and wealth manager from VQF SRO supervision to a FINMA Licensed Portfolio Manager model. The work included direct FINMA engagement, risk and compliance design, supervisory defence and preparation for regulatory review, supported by BDO.
SBC Technologies AG
Led the risk and compliance workstream for the FINMA FinTech licence submission, including governance, compliance management, business continuity, outsourcing and regulatory documentation. The programme also covered regulatory and ICT/operations audit readiness, with key submission material subject to external BDO review.
Scrybit Wallet
Independent Non-Executive Director during Scrybit’s regulatory and operational development. The wallet secured a Mauritius FSC VASP licence and moved into live regulated operations, with board-level focus on governance, compliance and digital-asset risk.
Roots Funding
Fractional advisory support to a private-market and fundraising platform, focused on the regulatory model, governance, risk and the operating disciplines required as the business develops across jurisdictions.

While working within Hamilton Capital Holdings Limited, a private equity firm that had acquired Himalaya Exchange, Tyronne has publicly documented that he identified and escalated suspected fraud, token-related misconduct, compliance concerns and manipulation of internal records to regulators before the U.S. indictment was unsealed in March 2023. The U.S. Department of Justice later prosecuted a billion-dollar fraud conspiracy involving Himalaya Exchange. Miles Guo was convicted and, in June 2026, sentenced to 30 years in prison with $889 million ordered forfeited.
The DOJ links below confirm the prosecution, conviction, sentencing and the role of Himalaya Exchange in the charged schemes. Tyronne’s separate public account describes his own whistleblowing and regulatory engagement. The site does not present the DOJ as independently attributing the prosecution to his disclosures.
